Consumer Services

Responsibilities

Develop, design, and implement department training curriculum

Deliver new hire and ongoing training programs to employees

Oversee desk audits of employee practices and procedures and collaborate with leaders to determine training resources necessary to support improvement endeavors

Perform gap analysis for department training needs

Work in tandem with department leaders to ascertain new training components for new product launches

Serve as a coach and mentor to training specialists in the department

Collaborate with employees to assess training needs for new initiatives

Assess quality of training by using data and metrics to determine ROI on training programs

Collaborate with leadership to review and test new product, system, and procedure implementation

Develop and implement process improvements and efficiencies for training

Contribute to key performance metrics, service levels, and operational plans

Demonstrate behaviors aligned with AAA Washington’s mission, values, and standards
