Ability to influence change across business and technology teams
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as an Agile Coach, Enterprise Architect, or similar leadership role
Advise and collaborate with executive leadership on Agile strategy and transformation
Design and implement Agile operating models and architectures at scale
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
Deep knowledge of Agile, Lean, and scaled Agile frameworks
