The Senior Business Operations Analyst will drive growth within the Digital Assets Capital Markets teams by collecting data, measuring performance, and partnering with senior leadership on strategic projects and data analyses.

Responsibilities

Grow and develop Figure’s Digital Assets business through business planning, reporting, and strategic analysis

Develop executive reporting for pipeline management, process measurement, and identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities

Structure complex and ambiguous strategic problems for the Figure leadership team

Own critical components of budgeting and forecasting processes

Assist with external operational reporting (10-K / 10-Q)

Create reporting for internal stakeholders to track progress versus OKRs

Help develop and utilize frameworks to structure the team’s thinking, drive visibility, and facilitate alignment

Analyze large amounts of information and data quickly and effectively to reduce complexity and make actionable recommendations for Figure
