Ensure loan files are complete, accurate, and processed efficiently
Qualification
Required
3+ years of residential mortgage processing experience
Must have Encompass experience
Strong understanding of mortgage documents and loan origination processes
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and organizational abilities
Comfortable working overtime, especially during month-end
Experience working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
Familiarity with loan origination systems and document management tools
Preferred
College degree preferred (or equivalent experience in mortgage banking)
NMLS license or registration is a plus
