Vice President of Sales
Confidential Jobs is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead sales for energy storage and resiliency solutions targeted at data center operators and large industrial users. This role involves full pipeline ownership, from origination to deal structuring and closing, with a focus on multi-stakeholder customers and long-cycle projects.

Responsibilities
Originate and close storage and microgrid deals with data centers, industrial operators, and infrastructure buyers (10MW+ projects)
Structure PPAs, leases, or energy-as-a-service offerings with internal and external financing support
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to align on scope, timelines, and delivery risks
Present to and negotiate with executive buyers (CTOs, CFOs, procurement, sustainability)
Track market shifts in AI workloads, grid constraints, and power pricing to inform sales strategy
Qualification
Required
3+ years of enterprise sales experience in energy storage, microgrids, backup power, or renewables
Closed 7- or 8-figure deals involving long sales cycles (6–18 months)
Experience with PPA, lease, or EaaS structures
Sold to data centers, hyperscalers, or industrials with high resiliency needs
Strong executive presence and ability to move across technical and financial conversations
Bachelor's degree (MBA or engineering a plus)
