Agency Development Manager
Colonial Life & Accident Insurance Company provides financial protection benefits to America's workers and their families. They are seeking an Agency Sales Representative responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
Developing and maintaining business relationships
Identifying and pursuing sales opportunities
Educating clients on Colonial Life's products and services
Achieving sales targets
Participating in business development activities
Supporting existing clients with their needs
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services
Ability to identify and pursue sales opportunities
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Self-motivated and goal-driven
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Preferred
Knowledge of Colonial Life's product range, including disability, life, accident, dental, cancer, critical illness, and hospital confinement indemnity insurance is a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, or related field is preferred
Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools is beneficial
