Responsibilities

Providing Tiered support (including Tier III) across a manufacturing + office environment
Supporting PCs, Windows systems, AD, Group Policy, networking, printers & more
Handling on‑site troubleshooting, installs, upgrades, and configurations
Managing IT assets proactively (purchase, stock, deployment)
Driving documentation excellence within ITSM (Jira, ServiceNow, etc.)
Collaborating with IT teams to uphold infrastructure + security standards
Delivering best‑in-class customer service to end users

Qualification

Tier III supportWindows systemsActive Directory (AD)ITSM experienceCustomer serviceManufacturing experienceProblem-solving skills

Required

4–5+ years in an enterprise Service Desk supporting HQ & C‑Suite
Strong Windows, hardware/software, AD, and ITSM experience
Excellent urgency, ownership, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform hands‑on physical tasks
Clean driving record + reliable car required

Preferred

Manufacturing experience a plus
