Responsibilities
Lead and oversee multiple concurrent luxury residential projects through all phases of design and execution
Provide creative leadership and contribute to overall design concepts and detailed design schemes
Source, specify, and coordinate high-end finishes, materials, and FF&E
Maintain strong relationships with showrooms, vendors, fabricators, and suppliers
Produce and oversee design and construction documentation, including furniture plans, layouts, elevations, custom millwork details, and bespoke furniture designs
Coordinate project pricing, budgets, and schedules in collaboration with the team
Serve as a point of contact for clients, participating in meetings and presentations as needed
Oversee construction, site visits, and installation to ensure design intent and quality are upheld
Support overall studio operations, project organization, and mentorship of junior staff as needed
Qualification
Required
Minimum 6–8+ years of post-graduate experience in high-end or luxury residential interior design
Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
Proven experience completing multiple luxury residential projects in the U.S. from concept through installation
Deep knowledge of luxury finishes, furniture, materials, and manufacturers
Strong conceptual design, design development, and detailing skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop required)
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
