The UPS Store is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join their team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support while assisting with inquiries and processing transactions.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register or POS system

Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges while maintaining accurate records

Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is organized and displayed attractively

Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions

Promote and sell products to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and work areas

Preferred

Experience in cash handling, retail sales, or similar environments

Bilingual skills

4 plus years experience with computers, typing, emails and printing
