Responsibilities
Prepare, set up, and operate CNC machinery to manufacture steel parts with tight tolerances
Run roll formers to shape steel panels for decking applications
Continuously watch machine performance and product flow to maintain quality and throughput
Handle routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on CNC equipment to minimize downtime
Measure and inspect finished pieces, confirming accuracy and compliance with quality standards
Work closely with teammates to refine setups and streamline production processes
Keep the area clean, orderly, and compliant with safety procedures
Record production metrics and promptly communicate issues to supervisors
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; additional machining coursework or certifications are a plus
Hands-on experience as a CNC Machine Operator or in a closely related role
Solid grasp of CNC machinery and programming concepts
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and prints
Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving instincts
Comfort working independently and collaborating with a production team
Familiarity with safety standards and best practices in a manufacturing environment
