Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end executive recruitment processes for senior roles in banking, senior leadership, and high-level management roles
Develop and maintain strong relationships with client organizations, understanding their strategic goals and specific talent requirements to ensure a tailored recruitment approach
Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage high-caliber executive talent across multiple banking sectors
Build and nurture a network of industry professionals and senior leaders
Conduct comprehensive interviews, assessments, and screening of executive candidates
Provide clients with detailed write-ups, including an in-depth evaluation of candidates’ skills, leadership capabilities, and cultural fit
Serve as a trusted consultant to clients, providing market insights, industry trends, compensation benchmarking, and talent strategy recommendations to assist in executive talent decisions
Manage the offer process for executive candidates, including salary negotiation, contract discussions, and transition planning, ensuring smooth communication between the client and the candidate
Maintain the highest levels of confidentiality when handling sensitive candidate and client information throughout the recruitment process
Qualification
Required
7+ years of executive search or recruitment experience within an agency, with a focus on senior roles in the banking and financial services industry being a plus
Proven track record of successfully recruiting senior executives, particularly in the banking industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with senior executives and understand their unique leadership needs
Exceptional sourcing and headhunting skills using various channels, including networking, social media, and recruitment platforms
High-level of intellectual curiosity and creativity
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders
Experience working with senior leadership teams to understand talent strategy and business objectives
