Responsibilities
4+ years backend development experience (Python preferred)
Docker/Kubernetes containerization and orchestration
Skilled at finding and fixing complex production bugs using logs, and cross-service debugging
Comfortable getting hands-on with infrastructure troubleshooting and fixes
Strong knowledge of agile development methodologies
Proven track record of delivering quality work on time
Solid communication, collaboration and mentoring skills to work with a range of colleagues from product specialists and end-users, to UX designers and other developers
Experience incorporating automation and integration testing
Qualification
Required
4+ years backend development experience (Python preferred)

Ruby on Rails
React
Swift or other mobile development experience
Open Source experience
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (we use Docker, Jenkins, and Kubernetes)
Data stores: PostgreSQL & Redis
Testing frameworks: pytest, RSpec, Cypress
Team: Scrum, Git
