Qualification
Required
1–2 years of civil litigation experience (plaintiff or defense)
Excellent legal research & writing skills (writing sample required)
Strong academic credentials (top ~15–20% preferred)
Willing to be in-office and fully engaged as a junior associate
Humble, hard-working, detail-oriented mindset
