Mid LevelBayforce is seeking an experienced Oracle EPM / Master Data Consultant to support business-as-usual master data activities and broader transformation initiatives. This role focuses on maintaining high-quality finance master data while assisting with an Enterprise Data Management cloud migration.

Responsibilities
Create, update, and maintain finance master data across systems
Set up and modify GL accounts, cost centers, profit centers, legal entities, and related master data elements
Process organizational structure and hierarchy changes (e.g., company codes, business units)
Validate master data requests for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with financial standards
Identify and prevent duplicate records; ensure proper hierarchy alignment
Perform periodic data reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity
Route master data requests through appropriate approval workflows
Troubleshoot and resolve master data setup errors
Partner with Finance and IT teams to address data and system-related issues
Support master data governance activities, including preparation of presentation materials for governance forums
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Hands-on experience with Hyperion DRM and Oracle EDM
Experience working with SAP ECC, particularly finance-related master data
Strong attention to detail and data governance discipline
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience with SAP BW
Familiarity with SharePoint
