Working with clients in Private Equity, Hedge Funds, and Family Offices
Building client relationships and managing searches
Providing mentorship and training to junior recruiters
Transitioning accounts from the founder to senior hires
Qualification
Required
High-potential junior and mid-level recruiters who want elite training and exposure
Senior recruiters or BD-oriented hires from the search industry with a proven track record
Recruiters who want to build something long-term
People who have excelled in previous roles and can clearly articulate why
