Responsibilities

Execute systems engineering activities in Test & Integration, Requirements, MBSE, or Hardware-Systems, depending on focus area

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure system performance, reliability, and compliance

Document, review, and manage system requirements using requirements management tools and MBSE

Participate in design reviews, verification, and validation activities

Required

Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related STEM

2+ years of professional experience in Systems Engineering, including Test & Integration, Requirements Analysis, Model Based Systems Engineering or Hardware Systems work (Master's degree may substitute for experience)

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills

Experience in Systems Engineering, including Test & Integration, Requirements, MBSE, or Hardware-Systems

Knowledge of systems design, MBSE modeling, and simulation

Familiarity with requirements management tools (DOORS, Cameo, or similar)

Experience with defense, aerospace, or mission-critical systems

Department of Defense Secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire

U.S. citizenship is required
