Responsibilities

Work as a collaborative partner with other IT resources. Assist team members with enterprise-wide solutions

Schedules, installations, and tests system software upgrades for EMR-Electronic Medical Records and support services

Troubleshoot general network infrastructure problems including networking equipment, printers, PC/Server hardware, etc

Perform systems maintenance tasks, such as system back-up, recovery and file maintenance with a Veeam environment

Proven experience in IT support, including desktop support, network administration, and hardware management

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, GPOs, and related technologies

Hands-on experience with network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and firewall configurations

Troubleshoot and resolve LAN/WAN performance, connectivity, and related network problems

Troubleshoot, installation and maintenance of WAP’s, switches, and Firewalls

Assist with the deployment, management, and troubleshooting of computer hardware and peripherals

Actively triage Support Desk Tickets and communicate the status and resolution of open support tickets

Reinforce IT security best practices and the maintenance of a HIPAA compliant IT environment

Resource both software and hardware solutions for IT related infrastructure

Support PACS/RIS hardware and Software assets

Creating, troubleshooting and OU creation for users and groups in Active Directory

Assist with timely after-hours support on a rotational basis

Support Landmark Hospitality AV, telephony and point of sale equipment (Toast, Margins Edge and Etc)

Required

Must be eligible to work in the United States

Experienced in IT Project Management

Self-starter as well as a problem-solver

Ability to match resources to technical issues appropriately

Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly based on operational importance

Ability to learn support tools, techniques, and technology used to provide IT support services

Experience trouble shooting and resolving Citrix VDI environmental and end user issues

Experience managing Azure and On Prim E mail Exchange Servers

Min. 3+YRS IT Environment supporting client/server applications architecture

Min. 2 years of PACS/RIS technical support experience

Microsoft Windows Server: 3 years (Required)

Experience supporting mobile devices and remote access solutions like VPNs

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues quickly and effectively

Strong communication skills to liaise with technical teams and end-users professionally

Must have thorough understanding of client/server applications architecture

Must have experience with Windows Server roles and proper maintenance

Travel to multiple sites with own transportation, must have good driving record and car insurance (mileage reimbursement paid)

Exceptional oral and written communication skills

High School Diploma required

Must have a professional appearance and a pleasant, agreeable manner

Must be able to lift and push up to 20 lbs

Must be able to sit for periods of six to eight hours in length each shift. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear

Strong interpersonal communication and team-based skills and must present themselves professionally and communicate well with non-technical clients
