Responsibilities

Design and develop solutions using Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) to support personalized, real-time customer interactions
Build and optimize decision strategies, NBA Designer components, and engagement policies
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and data teams to translate requirements into scalable Pega solutions
Configure and enhance workflows, rules, and decision logic to improve customer engagement outcomes
Utilize SQL to analyze and validate decisioning data and support reporting needs
Support integrations with external services and data sources as needed
Participate in code reviews, testing, and production support to ensure solution quality and performance

Required

5–6+ years of hands-on experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH)
Strong experience with Next-Best-Action (NBA), decision strategies, and customer engagement logic
Solid understanding of Pega platform fundamentals, including rules, case management, and integrations
Proficiency with SQL, including complex queries and data validation
Pega certification required (e.g., Certified Pega System Architect, Certified Pega Business Architect)
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams

Preferred

Experience integrating Python-based services or automation with Pega applications
Exposure to predictive analytics, adaptive models, or customer propensity modeling
Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow
Prior experience supporting large-scale enterprise or customer-facing platforms
