Engage Contracting Inc. is looking for a Construction Traveling Superintendent to join their team. The ideal candidate will support all aspects of construction while partnering with the Project Manager to ensure the successful completion of assigned projects, focusing on safety, quality, and project scheduling.

Responsibilities

Own the project schedule

Provide on-site leadership and build a team environment

Establish and maintain all safety standards and culture

Correctly read, interpret, and enforce the project's plans and specifications

Complete daily reports regarding work accomplished, personnel on site, incidents, inspections, equipment use, etc

Organization - From schedule implementation, to end-of-day clean-up, all the way through completion; everything shows a professional is overseeing the work

Work closely with city officials in requesting and coordinating applicable inspections

Deliver showroom quality work on time, every time

Required

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience

Strong experience in Ground-up construction including site work, steel erection, ACM panel installation. Experience with a variety of structure builds, including TIs, CMU, Tilt, Steel, Wood

Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
