They are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support their Beauty and Nutrition divisions in the US, partnering closely with senior leaders and the global People team to drive a high-performance people agenda.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior leaders across Beauty and Nutrition, acting as a trusted advisor on all people matters

Support leaders through growth, change, and performance conversations with clarity and confidence

Drive key people priorities including org design, workforce planning, performance, talent, engagement, and succession

Lead and support complex employee relations matters with sound judgement and strong employment law knowledge (US-focused, with global awareness)

Translate global People frameworks into practical, locally relevant solutions for the US business

Work closely with our global People Centres of Excellence (Talent, Reward, L&D, People Ops) to ensure alignment and pace

Use data and insight to inform decisions, challenge leaders constructively, and improve outcomes

Play an active role in building a strong, values-led, performance culture across your divisions
