4+ years expQualis1 Inc. is seeking a Coupa Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Coupa solutions. This role will act as a functional lead, partnering with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure effective configuration and integration of Coupa with ERP systems aligned to procurement and finance processes.

Responsibilities
Design and implement Coupa solutions as a functional/solution lead
Drive end-to-end Coupa implementations including configuration, testing, and deployment
Gather and translate business requirements into Coupa functional designs
Configure Coupa modules (Procure-to-Pay, Invoicing, Expenses, Sourcing, Contracts as applicable)
Lead integration efforts between Coupa and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Support system testing, UAT, and deployment activities
Provide post-go-live support and enhancements
Ensure solutions align with business processes and best practices
Qualification
Required
4–6 years of experience working with Coupa as a BSA, Functional Consultant, or Solution Lead
Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and finance workflows
Hands-on experience with Coupa configuration and implementation
Experience integrating Coupa with ERP systems
Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred
Coupa certification(s)
Experience supporting global implementations
Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery models
