Responsibilities

Propose and implement core architectural decisions for the Monaco DEX
Design and build the matching engine for the existing product suite
Own internal accounting and risk management systems
Architect proof generation for batch trade settlement

Qualification

RustExchange systems experienceMatching engine developmentLow-level systems architectureTypeScript

Required

8+ years in highly technical engineering roles, ideally exchange or trading systems
Strong preference for engineers who've built a centralized exchange or matching engine
Strong experience with Rust
Deep understanding of low-level systems architecture
