Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the strategic account to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities

Serve as the primary point of contact for the strategic account, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met

Collaborate with internal teams, including the delivery team, to develop and execute strategic account plans that align with the client's goals and objectives

Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, check references and extend offers to qualified candidates

Building and maintaining relationships with clients through on-site meetings and a variety of social events

Contract negotiation with Procurement, HR, Hiring Managers and VMS systems

Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities
