Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple civil engineering design projects (utility, stormwater, land development)
Develop project schedules and budgets
Supervise design team members and ensure quality assurance
Ensure compliance with design criteria and regulatory requirements
Assist in developing Statements of Qualifications (SOQs), technical proposals, and presentations
Coordinate with clients, sub-consultants, government, regulatory, and funding agencies
Qualification
Required
TN Registered PE or ability to obtain TN licensure within 6 months
BSCE from ABET-accredited engineering program
Minimum 7 years of experience in project management and client services
Strong engineering design and communication skills
Proven experience in client and project development
Leadership and team management capabilities
Preferred
Experience with local government, utility, and land development projects
Familiarity with asset management and data analytics technology for utilities and local governments
