Answer high-volume calls and assist with benefits, billing, authorizations, and EOBs
Process and research healthcare claims using multiple systems
Resolve escalated issues and fulfill customer requests
Analyze business processes and recommend improvements
Maintain documentation and support team training
Provide exceptional customer service to participants, providers, and healthcare partners
Ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
4+ years of call center experience required; claims processing preferred
Must reside in the Los Angeles/SoCal area and attend quarterly Burbank office visits
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of medical terminology and benefit plans
