New Grad, Entry LevelANDRITZ is seeking an OCUA Operator for the night shift to manage the dryer system in their FMD plant. The role involves various duties including equipment maintenance, working with SCADA systems, and ensuring proper chemical applications and inventory management.

Change out parts ( motors, drives, belts , pumps , valves , instrumentation , screw conveyors , bucket elevators , etc
Preventative Maintenance on all equipment
Working with computers ( Scada )
Oil changes
Chemical storage and applications (polymer )
Sludge sampling
Record keeping
Plant rounds and observations
Fire suppression
Inventory
Qualification
Required
Pre-employment drug screening required (including marijuana)
The plant operator controls the dryer system in our FMD plant via a Scada system
Change out parts (motors, drives, belts, pumps, valves, instrumentation, screw conveyors, bucket elevators, etc.)
Preventative Maintenance on all equipment
Working with computers (Scada)
Oil changes
Chemical storage and applications (polymer)
Sludge sampling
Record keeping
