Inside Support Supervisor
A1 Garage Door Service is a fast-growing company looking for a leader to enhance their Inside Support sales team. The Inside Support Supervisor will coach and motivate a team of inside sales reps, focusing on driving revenue and fostering a competitive sales culture while ensuring outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities
Lead a team of 14+ Inside Support sales reps, ensuring consistent coaching, call reviews, and one-on-one development
Drive performance across revenue, close rates, discounts, financing penetration, and customer experience metrics
Run contests, sales meetings, and motivational initiatives to keep the team engaged and competitive
Partner with Operations, Marketing, and Torch team leaders to ensure smooth lead flow, fast response times, and maximum conversions
Use Power BI, CRM, and Dialpad data to spot trends, identify opportunities, and make quick, informed decisions
Jump in to support the team when needed, but focus primarily on coaching and building future top performers
Champion a fun, ethical, customer-first sales culture that balances results with outstanding service
Qualification
Required
3+ years of sales leadership experience
Track record of meeting/exceeding revenue goals and driving team performance
Strong coaching skills—you know how to break down calls, give actionable feedback, and inspire reps to improve
Competitive, energetic, and motivational leadership style with the ability to build culture
Tech-savvy with CRM, Power BI, Excel, phone systems, and texting software
Excellent communication, tonality, and consultative sales mindset
Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Preferred
inside sales, call center, or home services preferred
Chirp experience a plus
