Be responsible for full-cycle recruitment and ensuing our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees
Research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization
Collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs
Attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
Enthusiasm for the mission of NWSH and patients we serve
Ability to work independently and stay on task
Very detail oriented and organized
Intermediate computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office (primarily Excel, Word, & Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of employment laws
One year of recruiting experience required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Healthcare recruiting and/or marketing experience preferred
SHRM, PHR, or RACR certification preferred
