HOA Talent is a recruiting partner for the community association and property management industry, seeking a Recruiting Coordinator. This role focuses on talent sourcing, candidate engagement, and collaborating with clients to fulfill their staffing needs.

Responsibilities

Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify potential candidates within the property management industry, including social media platforms, networking events, and specialized job boards
Reach out to potential candidates through outbound calls, emails, and social media to gauge interest and suitability for client vacancies
Arrange and facilitate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and professional process
Work closely with third-party clients to understand their staffing needs, preferences, and organizational culture to ensure a match with prospective candidates
Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to advise clients and candidates accurately
Maintain an up-to-date database of candidate profiles and recruitment activities, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations
Provide timely feedback to both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process, enhancing the candidate experience and client satisfaction
Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the property management industry

Required

2–5 years of recruiting experience (agency, in-house, or a mix)
Comfort with outbound recruiting (calls, messages, follow-ups)
Strong communication skills — warm, professional, and confident
Ability to manage multiple searches without losing attention to detail
Comfortable using ATS platforms, LinkedIn, and sourcing tools
Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to work independently

Preferred

Experience in property management, HOA, real estate, or a related industry is a plus — but not required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred, not required
