Designing and executing manual test cases across web applications
Identifying, logging, and tracking bugs through to resolution
Working closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to understand requirements
Contributing to test plans, regression testing, and release readiness
Helping improve QA processes and overall product quality
Qualification
Required
5 DAYS A WEEK IN THE OFFICE - LOCATION - LOUISIANA
Solid experience as a QA / Software Tester at a mid-level
Strong manual testing background
Good understanding of the software development lifecycle
Experience testing web applications
Strong attention to detail and a user-focused mindset
Confident communicating issues clearly and constructively
Preferred
Exposure to automation testing tools or frameworks
Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams
Knowledge of basic SQL, APIs, or test management tools
