You will be responsible for overseeing all accounts payable operations, including team management, process optimization, and compliance

Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of AP specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback

Process Optimization: Develop, implement, and maintain efficient and effective accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, payment processing, and vendor management

Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, resolving payment issues, and negotiating payment terms

Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and accounting regulations related to accounts payable

Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze accounts payable reports, providing insights into AP metrics and trends

Audit Support: Coordinate and support internal and external audits related to accounts payable

System Management: Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the accounts payable system, ensuring data integrity and efficiency
