Responsibilities

Provide a consultative approach by partnering with clients to produce exceptional results while building trust and commitment

Partner with our clients to help configure and advise on TeleStaff solutions

Demonstrate a comfortable ability working across many verticals, with a focus on Public Sector and Public Safety

Build meaningful relationships with our clients and advise them how to best use their UKG systems

Assist in mentoring other TeleStaff teammates through their projects, and delegate solutioning as needed

Draw on your industry and TeleStaff expertise to develop, maintain, and implement solutions to help clients solve business problems through their TeleStaff system

Use system analysis techniques, including consulting with users, managers, and executives to determine software and system functional specifications

Document, analyze, test, and modify the TeleStaff solution based on and related to client and system design specifications

Model Mosaic’s customer service vision of Guide, Anticipate, Exceed!

Maintaining target utilization rate

Maintaining Core and Advanced TeleStaff UKG certification and to be considered a Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Completion of projects with a focus on a high-quality deliverable and client experience

Mentoring TeleStaff Consultants through first projects and delegating functional solutions to others

Strong ability to develop complex functional design solutions in the product (or specialty area) that meet clients’ needs

Demonstrating excellent consulting skills, including relationship building, communication and responsiveness, land & expand awareness, setting and managing expectations, and providing sound recommendations to clients, resulting in customer retention

Managing day-to-day operational activities and maintaining your client workload in a professional, timely manner
