Responsibilities
Responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product or service information
Building rapport and positive relationships with customers
Identifying and understanding customer needs
Ensuring customer satisfaction with products and services
Following up with customers to ensure their needs are met
Escalating issues when necessary
Processing orders, returns, and payments
Maintaining accurate customer records
Working with other teams (e.g., marketing, fulfillment) to resolve issues
Qualification
Required
Proven customer service experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Ability to listen to the customer, and use empathetic statements to de-escalate
Ability to analyze given situation to provide a 'win' for the customer
Proficient in MS Office and GSheets
Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages
Reliable transportation and attendance
Willingness to 'jump in' and contribute to the success of the team and company
