Qualification
Required
12+ years of total experience, with a minimum of 4-6 years in top-tier management consulting and significant subsequent experience in an in-house Strategy or Product leadership role at a large-scale Enterprise SaaS/Software company
Deep understanding of the Enterprise Software business model and current cloud and AI landscape (Hyperscalers, ERP competitors, Best-of-Breed stacks)
Proven experience managing 'managers of work'—specifically leading high-caliber ex-consultants
The ability to command a room of C-level executives. You are concise, credible, and can deliver bad news or counter-intuitive insights with diplomacy and data
