Responsibilities

Support and configure Nutrien’s SuccessFactors global landscape, including Recruitment (RCM and RMK), Onboarding (ONB 2.0), Employee Central, Performance and Goals Management, Succession & Career Development, and Learning
Lead system administration tasks by proactively identifying and resolving issues that could impact end-user experience, data integrity, or overall end-to-end system functionality for the global SuccessFactors solution
Provide technical expertise to the HR Transformation journey to grow and enhance the SuccessFactors platform globally
Attain business alignment while configuring global and localized design changes
Ensure SuccessFactors solutions are implemented and maintained based on standardized leading practices and leverage application functionality to meet evolving business needs
Provide guidance and support to business process leads, SMEs, and end users
Provide technical guidance to partners and in-house support teams (including role-based permissions, integrations, and managed service teams)
Create and maintain application development documentation such as configuration workbooks, user guides, and test scripts to align with SuccessFactors and business process changes
Resolve technical issues independently and/or in collaboration with SuccessFactors technical support
Serve as Subject Matter Expert on SuccessFactors Release Management; lead and support regular product releases, establish regression and user acceptance testing approaches, and provide recommendations for adoption of enhancements and opt-in components
Build and foster relationships with business stakeholders across functions and levels
Develop creative strategies to build engagement and involve business stakeholders
Apply self-management techniques, including acting with integrity, demonstrating adaptability, setting goals, and working efficiently
Communicate effectively at various levels, from senior business stakeholders to technical subject matter experts, in designing and developing technical solutions to business needs

Required

Post-secondary degree or diploma from a recognized university or technical school
Certification in SuccessFactors modules required
5–8 years in IT application design, support, and development, including cross-domain experience
Knowledge of the SuccessFactors modules included in Nutrien's landscape with specialized expertise in RCM, RMK, and ONB 2.0
Experience supporting a SuccessFactors core-hybrid solution
Subject matter expertise in business processes, solution design, best practices, and technology in technical/business environments
Excellent focus on customer service and communication; use influence and negotiation skills when appropriate
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to formulate recommendations and work with a high degree of autonomy
Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to work effectively under tight timelines

Preferred

Experience in other modules such as Employee Central, Learning, PMGM, Succession & Career Development, Platform, RBP's, Release Management, Integrations (API and OAuth), and Position Management is highly desirable
Expertise with data migration between cloud and on-premise applications is preferable
Experience with Quality Assurance and Testing, including ability to develop test scripts for unit and user acceptance testing
Comfortable leading working sessions at both junior and senior levels
An aptitude for teaching, instructing, and mentoring
Ability to partner with both technical and non-technical staff
