Responsibilities

Developing Custom ABAP Programs

Design, develop, and enhance custom ABAP programs to meet business requirements

Implement performance optimization techniques such as efficient SQL queries, parallel processing, and indexing

Develop reports (Classical, ALV), module pool programs, and enhancements in SAP standard transactions

Create and configure Legacy System Migration Workbench (LSMW) scripts to facilitate data migration

Utilize various LSMW methods, such as Direct Input, BAPIs, Batch Input Recording, and IDocs

Troubleshoot errors in data conversion and optimize the LSMW process for efficiency

Perform in-depth analysis and debugging of ABAP programs to identify and resolve issues

Utilize SAP debugging tools to analyze runtime errors, performance bottlenecks, and logic flaws

Work closely with functional consultants to troubleshoot and fix issues in standard SAP processes

Develop and implement Business Application Programming Interfaces (BAPIs) for data integration between SAP and external systems

Work with Intermediate Documents (IDOCs) for asynchronous and synchronous data exchange

Monitor IDOC processing using transaction codes like WE02, WE05, BD87, and handle error resolution
