In this role, you’ll help customers with credit challenges secure financing and build strong relationships with subprime lenders to drive profitability for the dealership.

Responsibilities
Manage the Special Finance Department to meet sales and profit goals
Work directly with customers to secure financing solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with subprime and special finance lenders
Structure and present deals to maximize approvals and profitability
Train and support sales staff on special finance processes and lead handling
Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and dealership finance regulations
Qualification
Required
3+ years of Finance or Special Finance experience required
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Knowledge of dealership systems (Dealertrack, RouteOne, Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK)
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
Valid driver's license and flexible schedule (evenings/weekends)
