Develop and maintain data migration pipelines and archive systems
Provide technical support for applications and infrastructure environments

Independently learn, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues
Provide technical input and updates to IT management as required
Report task progress and status to the IT Manager
Adhere to organizational policies and procedures

Ability to provide technical assistance and collaborate with multiple teams to complete tasks
Experience with Java and SQL
Subject matter expertise in Linux and Windows operating systems
Experience working with relational databases
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Self-starter with the ability to work independently
