Responsibilities

Maintain our Long-Range Planning model (LRP) by working closely with members of teams across the organization
Manage strategic initiatives and value creation projects from scoping to execution
Lead the development of situational assessments and contingency plans in partnership with cross-functional teams
Curate and prepare monthly Growth Council readouts; drive follow-ups and action closure
Collaborate with departments to gather insights and build tools that enhance strategic clarity
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing strategic guidance, actionable recommendations, and comprehensive insights to support informed decision-making
Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages experimentation, learning, and adaptation
Facilitate effective change management processes, ensuring seamless transition and adoption of strategic initiatives throughout the organization
Act as a liaison between executive leadership and functional teams, conveying insights, progress updates, and strategic implications to key stakeholders

Required

3–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or corporate strategy
Deep analytical expertise with fluency in financial modeling, scenario planning, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of deliverables
Passionate about learning, growth, and making an impact

Preferred

Experience in CPG or high-growth environments a plus
