Responsibilities

Design intuitive, responsive pages for .com, focusing on user experience and conversion

Develop visual storytelling elements, such as layouts, typography, imagery, and video, to communicate complex AI concepts

Create design work that adheres to existing brand guidelines and thoughtfully pushes beyond the given direction in guidelines

Collaborate with content creators, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure design aligns with business goals

Create design prototypes and high-fidelity mockups to iterate and refine the website's design

Work with developers to ensure design implementation is accurate and meets accessibility standards

Collaborate with internal teams to make strategic decisions that drive creative excellence

Qualification

Required

7+ years of experience in digital design, with a focus on web design and development

Strong portfolio showcasing innovative, user-centered design work

Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and best practices

Familiarity with design systems and component-based design

Experience working closely with engineering on scoping, ideation, and implementation

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Must be eligible to work in the US

Preferred

Experience with motion design, animation, or interactive storytelling

Experience designing for AI, machine learning, or tech-focused products

Understanding of web performance optimization and SEO principles
