Responsibilities
Administer and maintain the Canvas LMS
Configure and support SIS, SSO, and LTI integrations
Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate resolutions
Test updates and new features prior to release
Maintain documentation and support faculty and staff
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience administering Canvas or another LMS
Experience with system integrations and authentication
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, basic scripting, APIs, and reporting tools
Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
Preferred
Higher education experience
Canvas certification
Instructional technology background
