They are seeking a hands-on Corporate Controller to manage accounting, financial reporting, and operational finance functions, with a focus on supply chain finance and team leadership as the company scales.

Responsibilities

Own all accounting operations including AP/AR, GL, payroll, commissions, and month-end close activities

Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements, forecasts, and budget-to-actual reporting

Lead development and management of the annual operating plan and departmental budgets

Manage cash flow forecasting, bank accounts, and internal controls

Manage banking relationships including working capital lines of credit

Prepare the company for audited financials at the appropriate stage

Partner closely with operations and leadership on supply chain planning, purchasing, and inventory management

Own the full purchasing and inventory accounting lifecycle, including POs, invoice reconciliation, and inventory controls

Support demand planning, hardware cost tracking, and working capital optimization

Ensure financial discipline and visibility across hardware deployment and logistics

Partner with the CEO and CFO on financial strategy, capital planning, and fundraising

Support investor reporting and financial due diligence

Implement and optimize financial systems, automation, and process improvements

Ensure compliance with income, sales, and use tax requirements; coordinate with external tax advisors

Manage cap table and equity administration via Carta, including option grants and 409A processes

Maintain corporate filings and insurance

Manage human resources functions including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, disciplinary actions, terminations, and other processes (supported by TotalSource HR personnel)

Oversee payroll, benefits coordination, and core HR administrative processes

Assist with review of customer contracts and other legal documents as needed
