Responsibilities

Responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of policies, procedures, and standards for the highway improvement program
Support the various engineering and administrative activities involved in the many phases of project development
Enable timely progress toward completed plans, specifications and estimates
Make highly professional and technical judgments that carry significant consequence of error
Operate independently and report to the Design Standards and Oversight Section Chief

Required

A valid Professional Engineering registration and be able to obtain a Wisconsin PE registration within 3 months if PE registration is from another state
