Responsibilities
Support members and internal teams by responding to mortgage-related questions, including payoffs, insurance, and tax payments
Manage an assigned mortgage servicing portfolio, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely loan maintenance and reporting
Collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile general ledgers and assist with subordination and modification requests
Support annual escrow analysis and disbursements
Manage lien perfection and releases
Ensure all activities align with regulatory guidelines
Review updates from AllRegs, follow credit union policies, and participate in ongoing training to remain up to date on State and Federal regulations
Contribute to additional projects and responsibilities that support the credit union's overall goals and commitment to exceptional member service
Qualification
Required
High School or equivalent required
Preferred
2-4 years of mortgage industry experience preferred
