Inside Sales Representative

SpeedPro Oklahoma City North is a fast-growing visual communications studio that helps businesses stand out through bold graphics and signage. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for building relationships with customers, managing accounts, and ensuring high-quality service throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities

Respond to inbound inquiries with energy, professionalism, and urgency
Follow up on new leads and guide customers through a consultative sales process
Grow revenue within assigned customer accounts
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals while maintaining required profit margins
Deliver consistent, high-quality service from first contact through order completion
Communicate clearly with customers about timelines, expectations, and solutions
Resolve questions or concerns promptly and professionally
Support and encourage positive customer feedback and 5-star online reviews
Manage assigned customer accounts within the Corebridge order system
Ensure customers are properly assigned to the correct salesperson or House Account
Build trusted, long-term relationships that lead to repeat business
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell SpeedPro products and services
Accurately enter orders into the Corebridge system
Ensure correct salesperson assignment for commission eligibility
Monitor order progress and collaborate with production to meet commitments
Confirm full payment collection to qualify sales for commission
Assist the owner and team with developing marketing and promotional plans to help promote SpeedPro products and services
Support production or installation efforts as needed to help the team meet commitments (this will be minimized and is not a primary function of the role)
Work collaboratively with production and leadership to deliver great results
Represent the SpeedPro brand with professionalism, positivity, and integrity
Follow company policies, pricing guidelines, and operational procedures
Take ownership of results and continuously look for ways to improve

Required

Sales or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and people skills
A genuine desire to help customers and solve problems
Comfort with order entry systems and basic computer applications
Ability to juggle multiple priorities while staying organized
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Customer-first mindset with pride in delivering excellent service
Results-driven while maintaining integrity and quality
Commitment to creating 5-star customer experiences
Strong organization and time-management skills
Accountability, reliability, and a positive attitude
Willingness to learn SpeedPro products, processes, and brand standards

Preferred

Experience in printing, graphics, signage, or visual communications
Inside sales or account management experience
Familiarity with CRM or order management systems
