Responsibilities
Lead requirements gathering, design sessions, and solution workshops with customers
Manage and prioritize user stories, project timelines, and deliverables
Collaborate with business, IT, actuarial, and operations teams
Mentor junior analysts and support client adoption of the FAST platform
Analyze life insurance/annuity products, policy lifecycle, and servicing needs
Support UAT, data validation, and troubleshooting
Drive process improvements, change management, and efficiency initiatives
Provide insights on regulatory, competitive, and market trends
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
5+ years of Business Analysis/Consulting experience in Agile environments
Experience in life insurance & annuity products (term, whole, UL, VL, group, annuities)
Strong technical skills: SQL, Excel, XML parsing, JIRA, Confluence, Tableau/BI tools
Ability to analyze logs, validate data, and troubleshoot system issues
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Master's or certifications
