Technical Onboarding Specialist
White Label Storage is a third-party self-storage management company providing operational oversight for owners and investors nationwide. The Technical Onboarding Specialist is responsible for ensuring the technical readiness of new facility launches by configuring, validating, and ensuring all systems are operational prior to go-live.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end technical readiness for assigned facility transitions
Ensure all systems are configured, tested, and validated prior to launch
Identify risks, gaps, or blockers early and escalate with context and recommendations
Confirm documentation and readiness before handoff to Operations
Configure and manage Google Business Profile (GBP) listings
Claim, configure, and manage Yelp profiles
Set up and administer email accounts and Google Workspace
Support CRM-related phone and email integrations
Validate integrations during onboarding and troubleshoot issues as needed
Configure phone numbers, call routing, and IVR call flows
Own the phone number porting process, coordinating with carriers and vendors
Test call routing and IVR functionality prior to launch
Resolve or escalate telephony issues impacting go-live readiness
Set up, manage, and maintain domains and DNS settings (GoDaddy, DreamHost, or similar)
Coordinate domain transfers, redirects, and DNS updates
Launch and validate WordPress websites (no coding required)
Ensure websites are accurate, functional, and ready for public launch
Perform thorough technical testing across all systems prior to go-live
Validate accuracy of customer-facing and internal systems
Ensure all technical components meet launch standards before Operations handoff
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in technical onboarding, systems implementation, or technical operations roles
Proven ability to own multi-step technical setups from configuration through validation and launch
Experience managing email platforms, domains, DNS settings, and website launches (WordPress or similar)
Familiarity with CRM integrations related to phone and email systems
Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams across systems and timelines
Clear, practical communicator who collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams
Proactive problem-solver who identifies issues early and escalates with context and recommendations
Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Proficient using HubSpot, Slack, and other remote collaboration tools
Preferred
Working knowledge of phone systems and IVR tools (Aircall preferred)
Familiarity with StorEdge and SiteLink is a plus
