Manager of Business Development

Responsibilities
Track, analyze, and optimize team performance metrics using Salesforce, Outreach, and other sales enablement tools
Lead, coach, and develop a team of high-performing BDRs to meet and exceed pipeline and meeting-generation goals
Provide ongoing feedback and career development for team members through regular 1:1s, training sessions, and performance reviews
Qualification
Required
2-4 years of relevant experience in business development, including 1+ years in a leadership role
Strong analytical and communication skills; comfortable using data to coach and drive performance
Proven track record of building and scaling outbound sales or BDR/SDR teams in a high-growth environment
Expertise with Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo (or equivalent tools)
Preferred
Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or a complex B2B sales environment is a plus
