Responsibilities

Manage multiple large-scale programs by setting priorities, removing roadblocks, and driving accountability to deliver measurable business outcomes

Translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans that accelerate enterprise transformation

Develop and manage project plans, roadmaps, and communication frameworks for cyclical, strategic, and ad hoc People initiatives

Establish governance models to track milestones, measure success, and ensure timely delivery of results

Partner with senior leaders, People Partners, and COE teams to define objectives, identify risks, and create transparent communication plans

Serve as a trusted advisor and change agent to ensure alignment across Corporate Functions people team

Lead process reviews and gap analyses to streamline operations and increase organizational effectiveness

Champion adoption of best practices and tools that improve efficiency and decision-making

Use metrics and KPIs to measure project effectiveness and resource utilization

Analyze data and provide actionable recommendations to enhance program outcomes and cost-effectiveness

Partner across Centers of Expertise (COEs), Corporate Functions, and other People teams to deliver seamless and scalable solutions

Support alignment between People strategies and enterprise priorities to enhance the associate experience
