Responsibilities
**Design, Build, Test, Document, and Support:** Oversee the Microsoft Teams Voice deployment for an environment of 800+ sites
**Tier 2-3 Support:** Provide Tier 2-3 support across a hybrid environment that includes legacy Avaya and Nortel systems, VOIP telephony, and diverse voice systems
**Workflow Integration:** Leverage existing FBI enterprise workflow applications/tools/ticketing systems
**Testing and Development:** Administer, maintain, operate, and perform work in development/test labs
**Infrastructure Health Checks:** Perform periodic health and status checks on network and voice systems
**Infrastructure Updates:** Apply infrastructure updates including hardware, application, and operating system patching
**Security:** Maintain current security standards and STIGs, review scanning results, remediate findings and vulnerabilities, and ensure PKI certificates are up to date
**System Monitoring and Reporting:** Configure system monitoring tools/applications and generate reports on key metrics for system health and uptime
**Software Integration:** Integrate voice systems with third-party platforms for additional features and functionality
Qualification
Required
U.S. Citizenship is required
Must possess an active TS clearance at the time of application, be willing and able to obtain SCI access, and pass a CI polygraph
This role is onsite 5 days/week in DC
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related IT Management or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience
Minimum of 8 years of Computer Science or Information Systems experience or related
Experience in deploying Microsoft Teams and EVoIP solutions
